In New Hampshire, Elijah Blue Allman was arrested again after police said he broke into a home and found him smoking on the couch.
Cher's son, Elijah Blue Allman, was arrested for the second time in three days Sunday after a break-in at a New Hampshire home.
Allman, 49, was arrested and charged with breaking into a home in Windham.
Police said they received a 911 call from a woman who said someone had broken into her home and she was hiding in a closet, CBS News reports.
An official said they found new footprints in the snow leading to the back door. The door was smashed and broken glass was scattered on the ground and inside the house.
When the officer walked in, he said, he found Allman "sitting on the living room couch smoking a cigarette."
Allman reportedly claimed that he had permission from the homeowner to break down the door and enter the home.
Police spoke to the woman and her husband, but both said they would not allow Allman to enter their home.
The woman told officers that nothing was missing from her home and said a pack of cigarettes and a lighter on her table did not belong to her.An officer had noticed a fresh cigarette burn on a carpet in the living room.

Allman was arrested and charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief and breach of bail following his previous arrest.
As daily national news
He is now being held in preventive detention after being released on bail after his arrest Friday for "belligerent behavior" at a New Hampshire private high school, police said.
Allman was charged with four misdemeanors and one misdemeanor: two counts of simple assault and one count of criminal trespass and criminal threats.Allman, whose father was the late musician Gregg Allman, was charged with disorderly conduct, which is illegal in the state but not a crime.
Concord police responded to reports that Allman, who reportedly has no connection to the school, had been disturbing people in St.John's school cafeteria.Paul around 7pm local time on Friday.
He will be arraigned in Concord County District Court on April 20, local station WMUR reported.Allman and his mother, Cher, have not released a statement about the ongoing investigation or the second arrest.
Allman's legal troubles came a few years after Cher filed for custody of her son amid claims that his life was "at risk" due to "serious mental and substance abuse issues."
Court documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court in December 2023, state that custody is "urgently needed" for Allman.Through her lawyers, Cher argued that her son was unable to manage his own financial resources or protect his assets from harm or injury.
The proposed council documents state that a widower is entitled to regular distributions from a trust established by his late father. However, Sher was "afraid" that his son would spend the money on drugs, "leaving Eliyahu with no assets to support himself and endangering Eliyahu's life."
According to People, by September 2024, Cher withdrew her offer of custody of her son, as the two "reached a private settlement" after a nine-month legal battle.
This outcome allows the parties to focus on healing and rebuilding their family bonds, a process that began during mediation and continues today, a statement shared with People from Allman's attorneys, Avi Levy and Steven Brumer of Cage and Miles, LLP, reads.
