The New York Mets and reliever Devin Williams have agreed to terms on a three-year, $51 million contract. League sources told Jeff Passan on Monday night that the club would give the club a replacement for Edwin Diaz if the All-Star signs elsewhere.
The contract has no opt-outs or options, but includes a $6 million signing bonus over three seasons.
