- Learn more about the situation that brings them back and how you can shape their story as leaders of the game.

- For the fans of the original, Life is Strange: The Meeting finally brings the Max and Chloe saga to a final end.

Max and Chloe changed my life.

This is the end of March 2015.Life is Strange Season 2 has just been released and it's getting the press and players excited.Kate Marsh's shocking and fateful fate on Blackwell's rooftop echoes everywhere.

Curious, I pick up the game again. The exquisite blend of everyday life, supernatural powers, small-town mystery and indie pin-drops captured me immediately.

I fell hard for Life is Strange - and haven't stopped falling since.

I was working at Titan Comics at the time, and after the first game was finished, I didn't stop pitching the comic sequel until we launched Life is Strange #1 - Max and Chloe's Further Adventures in a Special Timeline in November 2018.

Max and Chloe changed my life again.

From that comic, I had the chance to join Square Enix, become part of the Life is Strange Brand team, working on the series with a lot of colleagues, developers and talent from all over the world - some of whom have been on the journey since the beginning. Many, including the wonderful developers at Deck Nine Games, have had a similar story to mine: meeting Max and Chloe and being changed forever.

Give Max and Chloe the ending they deserve.

Which brings us, finally, to It's a Wonderful Life: Reunion, the exciting finale of Max and Chloe's saga, the chapter that brings their book to an end. This is a full circle season for both developers and fans - one that builds on everything that has come before. And while the game brings about reunions long thought impossible, it also ends our time at Caledon University in true glory.

But it's still loaded with all the emotional baggage that Max - and us as players - have been carrying since that fateful moment at the Arcadia Bay lighthouse. We couldn't deny the tragedy in Max and Chloe's hearts.Their reunion couldn't be resolved quickly enough.

Max's power allows you to undo everything ... except the memories of her own actions. From what the world was.Of everything that she did and everything she lost in the process.

Chloe's return may be due to Max's powers, specifically the powers Max gained in Life is Strange: Double Exposure to Shift between parallel timelines - powers that Max later lost when she merged the timelines together and restored her ability to scroll.

But Chloe is not a prize to be won. There is no traveler in life or Max's decisions. Both women learned from their own experience of time spent apart.Chloe's choices will also guide the fate of Caledon. For the first time, Max and Chloe are game leaders.

They build on each other, offer alternating views of the world, and throughout the story bring you into their different but complementary perspectives – true partners in time.

And - speaking of time!- Max can rewind it again.

As Moses, Max's astrophysicist friend and dear confidant, says, "We have to act normal, look for clues, talk to suspects without arousing suspicion... That's exactly what your powers are perfect for."

Whether it's unraveling conversations to skillfully reveal a lie, turning back the clock to help one of his students, or abusing the laws of causation to escape danger, Max's skill gives him a wide range of ways to investigate how the Caledon Fire will start and navigate the dangers of poking his nose where it's not welcome.

But even with his growing confidence, and with Moses' help, Max doesn't know - can't find out - everything about his abilities. At least, as his powers developed. For example, Max now discovers, after jumping into a Polaroid photo to escape the fire, that he can stay in the past, starting again from the point he took himself.

A double exposure between past and present, this selfie is the final act of Caledon's doomed weekend - and a sign that Max is once again in uncharted territory...

As for Chloe, who is now the manager of Drugstore Makeup's touring band, you get a sense of how she's grown since you last saw her without losing her core personality.

Whether it's the pent-up Backtalk "power" that still allows her to outsmart her opponents during key conversations, or just her sly tongue during regular dialogue, Chloe has nothing to prove, and when it comes to the raucous Snapping Turtle crowd, she doesn't give a ***** if it means getting the answers she needs.

Chloe is also not part of the university or its faculty – meaning she can go where Max can't, ask things he wouldn't, and say things Max would never think of.But for all her toughness, Max was always Chloe's kryptonite.

At the heart of the story is the relationship between Max and Chloe, a relationship you choose to develop over the course of the game.Whether Chloe lives or dies in Arcadia Bay, and whether she and Max are friends or lovers – these choices are crucial not only to the past you affirm as you play, but also to the future you fight to build.

With the game's release in just two months, we'll have more to share about the burning mystery at the heart of this new story.

We share more about the staff at Caledon University, including Safi, Moses, Amanda, Vinh and many more returning faces from Life is Strange: Double Exposure, where everyone gets their chance to shine.

But I want to take this opportunity to tell you why we are here: this legend and why this moment matters.

Like all of you, Max and Chloe changed my life.

Life is Strange: Reunion is your last chance to change yours, coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox PC on March 26.
