Here are the Long Horns Coach Steve Circle about this season.

"We got week two in the SEC and it happens to be the Allstate Red River Rivalry against a very good Oklahoma team," Sarkisian said. "Fantastic defensive team. Coach Venables, you can see his footprint, his handprint all over this defense now in year three. He's recruited the players that fit his style, they're very active upfront, very athletic group. Multitude of pressures, multitude of coverages. I think they lead the SEC in about everything, first in scoring defense, first in passing yards allowed, first in total, first down defense, first in pass efficiency defense, first in net punt, second in rushing defense, fifth in passing offense. So you can go down the line about how great they're playing on defense right now. So we've got our work cut out for us. And then obviously offensively, they've got a dynamic play caller who stresses you with formations, with tempo. The quarterback is a tremendous player, and they got two really good wideouts. And so it's gonna be a heck of a challenge for us. The goal is to get to 1-0 this week. We've got to get back to 1-1 in conference play. And it happens to be a heck of a challenge, and in my opinion, the best game in college football in the regular season. This is a great rivalry to be part of. Humbled and honored to be part of this game, and then looking forward to the opportunity Saturday afternoon."

Texas and Oklahoma are 2:30 p.m.A in the dickole's pan on Saturday. You can watch the game on ABC.
