Yemen crisis: Over 50 fleeing civililans killed by Houthis in Aden


According to the sources, At least 50 civilians were reported death, due to fight between Houthi fighters and local supporters of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi.


Houthi rebels attacked Tawahi, a district of Yemen’s southern city of Aden, Yemeni Foreign Minister Riyad Yassin said on Wednesday.

After the shelling from the Shiite group, civilians of the area tried to flee from the area. The fighting rages at the spot, and at least 50 of the civilians were killed.


Sources also claim that, Tawahi which was under control the local supporters of Mansour Hadi, is now completely in control of Houthi rebels.

Earlier, rebel sources said that that more than 30 civilians were killed in Saudi-led coalition air strikes Saada and Hajja provinces in Yemen.

Earlier, on Tuesday Houthi rebels fired mortars in area on Najran in Saudi Arabia. Just before Saudis were thinking to stop airstrikes on Yemen, in accordance to provide Humanitarian aid in Yemen.

As UN told earlier that more of the victims of Saudi airstrikes are civilians.
