Without any hesitation mosquito is named as the World’s most dangerous animal, according to many of the researches. We are well aware that this ‘small disaster’ can even kill, if it’s victim is not treated properly.
Mosquitoes themselves are not very dangerous, although they act as a vector (transmitting disease from one to other), which makes it the most dangerous animal. According to some sources, mosquitoes transmit diseases to more than 700 million people annually, which results as death of 2 to 3 million people annually.
There are more than 3,000 species of mosquitoes discovered so far, involved in severe diseases like Yellow fever, Chikungunya, Malaria, Dengue, Tularemia, Filariasis, Dog Heartworm , Live stock diseases and many others.
An incident which left many eye-balls stun
Last year in July, a 69-year old-woman became victim of mosquito’s bite when she visited nearby beach during her holidays. She losses permanently some of the vision in her right eye, after not getting proper treatment. Sources claim that woman suffered from Chikungunya after mosquito’s bite. Although, so far this is the very first case of its kind and researchers are probing it deeply.
