Earthquake in Pakistan: Indian PM Narendra Modi extends prayers and offers assistance

The horrific Earthquake struck  several parts of Pakistan, all of the four provinces  were affected by the Earthquake. According to the sources, over 300 houses around the country have collapsed and over 35 people  have lost their lives. The Earthquake with magnitude 7.7 also jolted several parts of North India and Afghanistan. However, yet now no causality in India is reported.

Epicenter of the Earthquake : Hindu Kash Region in Afghanistan 265km NE of Afghanistan Federal Capital, Kabul.

According to the source, the fatalities can be increase countrywide as many people are reported injured.

Shortly, after the Earthquake struck the trio countries, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan, the Indian President stepped up on Twitter praying for the safety of all of the afflicted countries.

The move from Indian PM could be conceded as a positive gesture as India and Pakistan didn’t possess any good relations and are accusing each other over ceasefire violations. This is not all, the Indian PM in his second Tweet directly offered any assistance required to Pakistan and Afghanistan over the tragedy and also asked for the urgent assessment in the country.
