The 1st Test match between Pakistan and Australia concluded as the hosts took it over the guests and grabbed victory of 39 runs. The Aussie skipper, Steve Smith in a post-match ceremony told “I lost all my fingernails”, that tells that it was a nail-biting match even with Australia dominating for first 4 days of the match. The credit goes to Pakistani star Asad Shafiq, who scored 137 runs when 6 of his tame batmen were departed on just team score of 220 runs.
Shafiq was praised as a hero on Twitter, here is what Twitterati have to say about the resilience of this Pakistani star:

Pakistan, who lost nine wickets in the last session v NZ two weeks ago, fall 39 short chasing 490. What a mad, beautiful team. #AusvPak
