Its more than a year since Nasir Jamshed has not played for the national side. Last time he played was against UAE, where he was just able to score 4 runs.

Nowadays, the left-handed batsman hailing from Lahore is busy playing in England, meanwhile, the rumors spreading wide tells that Jamshed has settled UK permanently.

Responding to all this, he said,”Rumours are I have settled in UK.It’s not true.I am playing league cricket in England for experience & will be back for season in Pakistan.”

“My ultimate aim is 2 be back in Pakistan team & I am working very hard.I have lost 5 kg in weight & working hard on technical batting issues.” he added.

It will be relevant to mention here that excessive weight has always been an issue for Jamshed’s inclusion in Pakistan side as due to this he is also recognized as one of the weakest fielders of Pakistani cricket team.
