Junaid Khan rubbishes rumours of switching to England cricket team


The Leftie-pacer Junaid Khan who filled the vacant space after Mohammad Amir’s ban from international cricket is now a days suffering to made his international comeback after he was ruled out of the team due to knee injury.


26-years old pacer, hailing from Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa made his last national side appearance against Zimbabwe in May 2015, and was all positive to get back in side for the crucial England Tour. He was included in list of 21 players shortlisted for Skill Camp but couldn’t make place in 17-men squad for England Tour.

Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq telling about the reason of not including Khan for the England tour said: “Junaid Khan was not in full rhythm”.

Meanwhile, the rumors were in the air that Junaid Khan is shifting to England to play further cricket over there and to represent England cricket team in future. Finally, Junaid Khan have dumped the rumors of playing further cricket from England.

“There is no truth in any such claim,” he asserted, while trying to disassociate from the rumors .
