Total 60 matches would be played at this year’s IPL, so far 51 matches have been taken place but not a single team has qualified for the play-offs. Interesting though, but not anymore for the flop sides like Rising Pune Supergiants and Kings XI Punjab, who have no hopes left to be in the play-offs.
With this one thing is quite clear, that the party is still left for the 6 teams participating in the tournament. Namely, SRH, RCB, KKR, GL, MI, and DD will be fighting to get qualified for the play-offs.
Apparently, SRH have qualified for the finals as they have 16 points and also posses good Net Run Rate, but with getting defeat by big margins in next two game they can be out of the tournament. If SRH will be winning it today against DD, for sure they will secure their place in the play-offs.
It will be relevant to mention here that each of the side will be playing 14 matches in the IPL, before making it to the play-offs. The sides which will be having tie on the points table, the side having better NRR will be qualified.

IPL 2016 play-offs predictions
DD will be locking horns today against points table topper SRH, so far DD have played 12 matches, and if they will be winning both of their next matches they would be having some strong indications to be in the play-offs.
RCB, who have just made tremendous come back in this IPL will easily get their place in play-offs as they have better NRR than the other sides featuring in the tournament.
