Salman Khan most awaited movie of 2015, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, has successfully crossed the whopping figure of 62 crores in two days of release.
The film opened on Thursday with almost 80% filled capacity due to last day of Ramadan. However, it successfully collected the INR 27.67 crore on the opening day and becomes the highest opener of 2015. The second day was also lucky as movie collected 35 crore. The film was expecting to break the opening records of Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year and recently released Baahubali but failed in surpassing the record of both super hit movies.
However, it successfully managed to break the opening record of Kick and P.K. Two days of Eid are still remaining. Salman Khan tends to release his movie every year on the occasion of Eid and it always proved a lucky charm for him.
Film is also doing well in Pakistan, however, its business will suffered because of Pakistani movie Bin Roye that also released on the first day of Eid. At first, film was expecting as anti-Pakistan but after getting clean chit from Pakistani Sensor Board, all rumors came to end. The story is about a Muslim girl who wrongly crossed the Indo-Pak border and Salman is fighting to take her back to her homeland Pakistan.
With Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui are performing the lead roles.
