Raees vs Sultan clash averted, Shah Rukh Khan-Mahira Khan’s film to release on January 26, 2017


Here is the big news for B-town fans, although it will be bringing mix reaction from the audience as many were eager to have SRK vs Dabbang Khan box office clash this Eid. So the final revelation tells that there will be no box office clash as SRK’s ‘Raees’ have changed its release date to avoid box office clash with Salman khan’s ‘Sultan’.


Meanwhile, SRK fans are bit disappointed as now they have to wait for around 8 months to see Shah Rukh Khan and Mahira khan starrer ‘Raees’. As per the announcement, Raees will be hitting the screens on Indian Republic Day 2017 (January 26,2017)

The producer of Raees, Ritesh Sidhwani told about the change in the release date.


“It was not an easy decision to move the film. We understand that our movie is highly anticipated. However, a film of such magnitude requires appropriate showcasing. Therefore, we have decided to shift our release date,” says Ritesh Sidhwani, producer of SRK’s film.

Earlier the co-producer of Raees, Farhan Akhtar remained stick to this Eid release and said that Salman has to decide  for his ‘Sultan’ release.

Farhan said: “We are releasing our film on Eid. Will they also release the same time that Salman Khan will decide.”

Amid all this, the rumors were in the air that Raees vs Sultan clash is averted as Dabangg Khan has decided to pull of his film on Diwali 2016.
