Pakistan Air Force (PAF) is working on making a video on anthem ‘Onchi buhat Onchi’ which Junaid Jamshed had sung in early 90s under his the then band Vital Signs.
The anthem is about praising PAF to motivate them in an enthusiastic tone with patriotic touch. The original video features PAF pilots working, their devotion for the safety of the country and the crafts that do fly over the chest of mother land with a magnificent grace.
Although Junaid Jamshed had been quite famous mostly for his national anthems and army-oriented patriotic songs, he had abandoned singing by the start of this century and became a sort of religious scholar.
However, as his fans and followers have been looking for him to come with the same passion, recently he got another national song recorded in collaboration with one of his old companion guitarist Salman Khan and the video song, Chand Sitara, was wrapped in the unique ideas of Junaid’s all time promoter Shoaib Mansoor. This was for the Independence Day of Pakistan but the upcoming video is expected to be released on September 6 paying tribute to those pilots who devoted their lives in 1965 war against India.
