2P Games announced American Showa Story, a Action RPG after the apocalypse coming PS5, PS4 and PC Made by Nekcom Games. The reveal was accompanied by a trailer that you can watch in the player above.
American Showa Story Advances the United Nations Settings Somewhat unusual. The United States was bought by Japan and in a short time the country became “Orientalist”, which is clearly reflected in the settings of the game world. The two cultures merged in a short time, but this also gave rise to inevitable conflicts. In all this, the catastrophe dramatically changed the world and led to the destruction of the world’s population.
The player will take on the role of Choco, a teenager who rises from the dead and finds herself in a post-apocalyptic world and has to deal with it. Zombies, monsters and apocalypse survivors, which apparently will not be friendly.
According to the information provided by the developers, Showa American Story is an action RPG and a “love letter to 80s pop culture with a strong taste for B-moviesPlayers will face hordes of enemies in adrenaline-fueled combat using melee, firearms, and even “unconventional weapons,” like the drills seen in the promotion. The game currently has no release date.
