A two and a half minute video featuring a unique optimization with great impact. Queen Elizabeth II, the protagonist, appears alongside Paddington to celebrate the special platinum jubilee. The series was filmed months ago by the BBC and aired by surprise tonight, only as part of the festivities. The voice of Paddington Bear was composed by Ben Whishaw, as it is already in the movies. The clip represents one of the very rare times that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth played her part.
The Queen eats a jam sandwich with Paddington
In the clip, Paddington served his own jam sandwich, but the Queen refused, admitting she had one ready in her bag, just in case. After this sequence, the butler warns the Queen that everything is ready outside for the platinum jubilee celebrations, so the King and Bear enjoy the cheers of the cheering crowd outside: “Happy Jubilee, madam. And thanks for everything.” Paddington Bear says: Her Majesty’s answer with a smile: “you are so cute”. Then Paddington and the Queen used a teaspoon to beat the beat of Queen’s great track “We Will Rock You” while Buckingham Palace themselves set the pace for the jubilant crowd.

Buckingham Palace comment
Buckingham Palace commented on today’s short film: Her Majesty is known for her sense of humor, so it’s no wonder she decided to take part in tonight’s drawing. There was an interest in the process of filming and animation, and then there was the opportunity to invite the most famous bear in the UK for tea. Lots of fun to miss. Although the Queen knew she couldn’t attend the ceremony in person, she was so excited that people understood how much it meant to her and everyone who watched it had a blast.”
