ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf chairman Imran Khan accused the Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarian (PPP-P) of being involved in horse-trading along with the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal group (JUI-F) because of not agreeing with the Senate’s election polling procedure that promises transparency in coming senate elections , statement released by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Chairman’s Office.

According to statement released on today, Khan stated that he had spoken with PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on one-point agenda which is to adopt measures to end horse-trading in upcoming Senate elections that was destroying democracy in country.

Khan also claimed that government is not looking serious about constitutional amendment that is evident by Nawaz Sharif visit to Saudi Arabia at this critical time.

Khan added, “His efforts to persuade Asif Zardari to oppose horse-trading have also failed. The PPP remains opposed to open balloting because of is deeply involved in horse-trading along with JUI(F).”

Khan cleared his point by saying that his party would never support any undemocratic corrupt act of PPP or PMLN.
