PM Nawaz starts Education Reforms Programme, Maryam Nawaz overseeing


ISLAMABAD: On Friday,  Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has formally started the education reforms program in Islamabad.


On the occasion, PM was accompanied by his daughter Maryam Nawaz, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid, Minister of State for CADD Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry.

PM speaking on the launching ceremony said the government is determined to ensure quality education for all and ensure enrollment of all the children in schools. He also told that under the program, all the four hundred and twenty two schools and colleges of federap capital will be upgraded and equipped with state of the art facilites.


Maryam Nawaz through his twitter handle shared the photos of School Reforms Programme, she said, ” I bow my head in gratitude to the Almighty as uphill task of reforming Islamabad government schools that I undertook, coming to fruition in just 2 months.”

First of the 21 schools, located in the rural suburbs of Islamabad in the first revamped.
