ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday reviewed the progress on Neelum Jhelum Hydel power Project.
According to report, the premier was briefed on various aspects of the power project.
After briefing, Nawaz said Neelum Jehlum was a sick project demanding focus when PML-N took charge of government.
Prime Minister asked Secretary Minister of Water and Power to submit a report after every two week on the status review of the project to Prime Minister office.
He said government is eyeing to complete Neelum Jehlum and other energy related projects before 2018 so that country’s power crisis may over.
Moreover, Pm said economic stability is directly connected with uninterrupted electricity supple to the industical sector of Pakistan, for which swift completion of the energy project is necessary.
