ISLAMABAD: Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi called Pakistani Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif Friday morning to discuss regional issues.
According to Prime Minister House, Modi called PM Nawaz today morning to discuss regional issues. The call lasted for 10 minutes. American President Barack Obama also called PM Nawaz yesterday in evening.
Indian PM’s call came after the conversation between President Obama and PM Nawaz.
Both leaders called at that moment when PM Nawaz already strongly remarked that Pakistan is not ready to accept India as permanent member of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) and Pakistan also wants to become the member of Nuclear Supplier Group (NSG).
Pakistan official said nothing special discussed except regional issues. PM Modi on his Twitter account tweet about his call to SAARC leaders and wishes for cricket World Cup 2015.
