ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif said on Tuesday that military ties with China would get to exceptional heights, as stated Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
COAS visited Bahadur Ranges (Attock) and observe the Joint Field Exercise Warrior-III, where a senior-level Chinese military delegation lead by Gen Li Fayi corresponded to People Liberation Army (PLA) on the concluding ceremony of Pakistan-China special forces joint for counter terrorism.
On this occasion, Gen Raheel commended the young warriors over their showcasing the professional approach and expertise during the exercise and said that the exercise had stimulated military relations between Pakistan and China.

The COAS said that the everlasting relations will develop to unprecedented heights as both countries will stick to work for rooting out terrorism in all forms.

He lauded Pakistan Army’s Special Services Group (SSG) soldiers for their extraordinary work and dedication during Zarb-e-Azb and reiterated that the operation would prolong till the eradication of the last terrorist.

The ceremony held at the end of seven week long exercise conducted by Special Forces of Pakistan and China’s PLA with focus on counter-terrorism operations.
