Next sit-in will be in front of ECP office: Imran


The chariman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has announced to protest against election rigging outside Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) office.


Imran said that madness is essential behind great achievements and that the change would have come by the Eid next year.

Addressing the sit-in on Monday in Islamabad, Imran Khan said that the results of NA-122 are not provided yet.

“The result will expose the fake mandate of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq”, Imran said.


He said that Returning Officers which involved in rigging will be dragged into cases. Imran Khan said that the massive money which was spent on Metro Bus should have been disbursed on erecting schools and hospitals.

Earlier, in an interview to a foreign channel, Imran Khan said that Parliament in Pakistan was a fraud. He said that all the parliamentary parties had joined hands to deter change. He said that conclusion of sit-in by Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahir ul Qadri did not affect his party.

He conspicuously said that he never gave any deadlines for Prime Minister’s resignation or toppling of government.

“I always maintained that I will not end the sit-in without PM’s resignation”, he said.
