KARACHI: PTI Chief Imran Khan said that the time has finally come when Mutahhida should keep itself detached from armed people, adding that our main conflict with MQM is politics of ammunition. Khan was expressing these views while talking to mediamen at Karachi airport here on Wednesday evening.
Khan said that the statement of Altah Hussain has reduced tension and I appreciate his statement. He also demanded of Altaf Hussain to take necessary action against his those workers who have beaten PTI workers. He further added not to bifurcate the nation, we all are one nation.
Responding about a question, Imran said that democracy cannot survive in the environment of fear and terror. The politics on the force of ammunition has badly affected the scenario of Karachi. He said that the election camp of Imran Ismail had been attacked twice that’s why it became necessary for him to visit Karachi.
Khan claimed that the upcoming year would be a decisive year regarding the political scenario of Pakistan. He demanded to deploy army and rangers in NA-246 for the conduction of fair elections.
PTI chief said that a large number of women participated in the sit-ins and they played a pivotal role during those sit-ins. “Reham also came here in order to encourage women to take out from their homes and be the part of movement” he further added.
Reham Khan also expressed her views on that occasion and appealed to the women of Karachi to come out of their homes on April 23 to cast their vote to bring change within the country. She said that women should not get scare from the circumstances and just come out for the better future of Pakistan.
