Muslims celebrating birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) across Pakistan


ISLAMABAD: Muslims celebrating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Eid Miladun Nabi (SAW) across Pakistan with traditional zeal and enthusiasm.

Like every year, the government and religious organization have organized a numbers of activities to celebrate the occasion.


PM Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and President Mamnoon Hussain in their messages on Saturday on the event of 12th Rabiul Awwal urged the nation to follow the Holy Prophet’s (SAW) teaching for a prosperous, peaceful society.

PM Muhammad Nawaz Sharif urged the nation to follow the teachings of our Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as with traits we can fight all kinds of extremist beliefs.


In a message on Eid Miladun Nabi, PM said the basic requisite to express love and respect for Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is to follow his Sunnah and teachings including unity, tolerance, fraternity, harmony, and the spirit of sacrifice and reconciliation.

The president Mamnoon said in our society we should promote brotherhood, love, tolerance, reconciliation and religious harmony to attract the people to Islam for their success in life and the life hereafter.
Moreover, he said the Holy Prophet (SAW) was model of blessing and affection therefore he was known as Rahamtullil Alameen.
