ZURMAT: Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) claimed that four terrorists have been taken into custody during the armed forces’ operation in Razmak district of North Waziristan.
“Two of the terrorists were arrested from compound during the operation while the other two were arrested from a market in Razmak,” state ISPR.
Meanwhile, an operation led by Pakistan Army started back in June last year to rooting out those terrorists that had been involved in killing hundreds of innocent people in the premises of Pakistan. The operation started after consent of both political and military leadership that mutually agreed at taking solemn move to eradicate the militants.
According to ISPR, hundreds of terrorists have been killed by the army so far. ISPR also claimed that they had succeeded in annihilating a number of terrorists’ hideouts in North Waziristan.
Earlier, the Ministry for States and Frontier Regions (SAFRON) had accepted that the operation Zarb-e-Azb would be finished by the end of last year and that a ‘Mini Martial Law’ would be endorsed for the financial and socio-economical welfare of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas.
Moreover, DG ISPR Asim Bajwa had also stated that military had taken control in immeasurable areas in North Waziristan and South Waziristan and that Taliban were bound to the little zone in the Pak-Afghan fringe range.
