RAWALPINDI: Director General (DG) Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Asim Bajwa claimed that a large area of North Waziristan had been cleared in Operation Zarb-i-Azb.
In a press briefing, the ISPR spokesman said the operation is progressing successfully, also the other operation Khyber-1 is also under way with full force.
Revealing the details of Peshawar attack Bajwa said, out of 27 militants who took part in the APS attack, nine were killed, 12 were arrested, and forces are busy in chasing other remaining culprits.
Bajwa added, the master plane of attack was made by Mullah Fazlullah and Aurangzaib alis Omar Amin, both are hiding in Afghanistan, they will be captured soon. Intelligence agencies are working on this in a very focus manner.
