RISALPUR: The Chief of Air Staff (CAS) Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt has said that air-force, packed with modern paraphernalia, is every ready to defend the country. He said that these cadets have got highly standardized training and now they are under a big responsibility.
“Air strength is getting more priority in for the future wars. Keeping in view the current scenario and its requirement, expertise in modern technology is inevitable,” he expressed.
“The cadets will be given opportunity to master in modern technologies in this department, they have to start a new beginning with valor and pursuing the future,” he added.
He expressed that nothing can be accepted below the best in their profession and that these cadets will not only protect the country’s borders but they also protect the constitution.
Air Chief was of the view that the history of Air-force is replete with unprecedented devotions, and Air-force, wrought with modern paraphernalia, is prepared to guard the country.
Referring to Zarb-i-Azb, he said that leading from the front, the Air-force has been aiming at the mischievous elements. It has also served in dealing with those affected by natural disasters. Air-force has also been participating in rescuing flood stricken people and IDPs.
