Mr Taneja alleged in the video clip that the airline has asked its pilots to do 98 per cent of landings in “Flap 3” mode, which makes it possible for it to save fuel. He claimed if a pilot does not do 98 for each cent of landings in “Flap 3” method, the airline considers it a violation of its standard running method or SOP.
