Born in 1978 in Palermo, he graduated in 2003 in Medicine and Surgery and specialized in 2008 in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the University of Palermo, receiving full degrees with honors. Subsequently, he obtained a specialization in Experimental and Molecular Medicine (Palermo 2012) and a degree in Economics and Health Services Administration (Chietti 2015).
