  1. It is the responsibility of the state as well as the society to ensure proper protection of all the citizens.

The society needs to be educated and made to understand compassion and human values and probably the educated ones from NGO’s with the help of media can take an initiative under professional guidance.

I am sure our police officials / officers will now open their bellies for huge bribes to hush up the matter and no arrests will be made or even if one is made the prosecution would be negligible. The only excuse in the end would be “it was the will of God and He took his creation and there is nothing we could do other than to excuse and pardon the offender and all those responsible.) Hats off to the officers of the Police if the culprit is not caught and prosecuted “successfully” to set an example to uphold the writ of the law. The judiciary also needs to set an example by awarding the strict sentence without delay in execution as well to set an example.

Such incidents show how we have tamed and cultured our young minds in the Islamic Pakistani society.

There is still time to take proper measures and safeguard the others- but we lack professionalism on how to deal with this plus negligence from our inept state services for not assisting professionals who try to help.
