Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind formally joins PTI


Former Member of National Assembly Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind has announced on Friday to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).


The former minister had been in Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) as well as Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), but now onwards, he would be contesting from PTI. He had been surving as a minister for Food and Agriculture during Pervez Musharraf’s era as well. He participated in the General Elections of 2008 from the National Assembly constituency of 267 under the banner of Pakistan Muslim League-Qauid-e-Azam Group (PML-Q) and stood second. Yar Rind has vowed to resolve issues being faced by the people of Pakistan through bringing PTI into power. Basically hails from Balochistan province, Rind said: “I will strengthen PTI in Balochistan.” The PTI chairman Imran Khan welcomed Yar Muhammad Rind in the party but said that he had to made the commitment that he would only join when get cleared of all cases.


On the occasion of his joining the PTI, Imran, on Balochistan, said it is sad that federation has deprived Balochistan of their rights, their resources are exploited but don’t get their due share.
