Reports on Altaf Hussain’s poor health rejected by MQM


KARACHI: The Mutahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Wednesday released statement which rejected reports being dissuced  on electronic and social media regarding Altaf Hussain’s poor health.


MQM convener Nadeem Nusrat on MQM official website denied rumours doing rounds regarding  Altaf Hussain’s poor health. He said, “ MQM chief is healthy and performing activities of personal and organisational  routine work”.

Earlier, reports on various social media and whatspp groups claimed that Muthaida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain has died and party is hiding the information. However, after the official clarification, it is evident that Altaf Hussain is healthy.

MQM who has strong holds at urban areas of Sindh, recently facing political challenge after former Mayor Karachi Mustafa Kamal along with Anees Qaimkhani suddenly came back to Pakistan and announced to form Political party, few days back, MQM seating MPA Dr.Shageer Ahmed also joined Mustafa Kamal.
