Punjab Government has introduced country’s first ever Sight Seeing Tourist Bus service, which would hit the roads of Lahore from November 15.
The service is a collaboration of the Punjab government and Tourism Development Corporation of Punjab and it is brought in especially for tourists, which want to explore the ancient places inside Lahore.
The double-decker bus offers special package to the tourists and takes them to see all the top 36 landmarks in one take off. The bus has the capacity to carry at least 60 passengers, who would be guided with live commentary by experts. The service also provide safety and real time surveillance to ensure the protection of the tourists.
In order to make the passengers stay connected while on the journey to explore old place, free Wi-Fi and display of Lahore’s landmarks on LEDs inside the bus would be provided. The bus is centrally air-conditioned on part of the lower deck; however, upper deck takes you to experience the fresh breeze of the city.
Further, the tourists traveling with Sight Seeing Bus would also be provided entertaining Walled City Tours on traditional Tonga and Ricksha.
