Islamabad: On Tuesday, a delegation consisting of leaders of MQM held a detailed meeting with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and took him into confidence over its relations with Pakistan People Party (PPP).MQM delegation consists of Dr Farooq Sattar, Nasreen Jalil, Rashid Godil and Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui.
In the meeting the prevailing political situation in the country was discussed, especially in the province of Sindh. During the meeting, the premier called the democratic forces to get united to bring prosperity and progress for Sindh.
PM told, directions are being given to ensure timely completion of ongoing development projects in Karachi.
Nawaz Shaif also said that the difference of opinion is the beauty of democracy and was aimed for the betterment of country.” Our constitution provides ample space for debate to all democratic forces in the Country,” he told.
The premier said that from last few months, Pakistan has witnessed supremacy of democracy and strengthening of democratic institutions in the country.
He asked the member to solve mutual differences through dialogue in proper manner for the unity and prosperity of Pakistan.
