A report published in a leading news site saying Reham Khan to the candidate for NA-19 constituency in the Haripur re-election.
Although the report consists upon quite solid justifications in support of their claim, Reham Khan termed it a fabricated rumour about her. She updated her twitter account by ironically saying that ‘If it weren’t for the media, I would never know what I’m up to’.
Started the morning by googling NA19. If it weren’t for the Media I would never know what I’m upto.

In the light of the report, since Imran Khan is keen on his wife playing a more practical role in his party, the party’s high command has proposed backing Reham Khan make her political debut in a district from where her maternal family belongs. The report also quoted a source saying ‘In all likelihood, Bhabi (Reham) will be fielded against Omar because Zaman might be given some important party office during the next couple of months.’
Earlier, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA Omar Ayub Khan, who had won the seat after an election tribunal ordered re-balloting at seven polling stations, was unseated on the orders of a three-member bench of the apex court.
PTI’s Raja Amir Zaman had, in fact, won the constituency in the 2013 general elections, but the victory was challenged by the ruling party.
