Interior ministry sends first 12 cases to military courts: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: The Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa said that Interior ministry send first 12 cases to military courts.

In a tweet on Saturday, Asim Bajwa said that after scrutiny the cases were forwarded to them by the Interior Ministry which in turn was sent cases by the provincial apex committee.

On February 6, Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid said that the process of establishing special courts in connection with newly approved National Action Plan (NAP) was almost complete and they would start functioning soon.
