Ghazi murder case: Court orders Musharraf to appear otherwise legal action will be taken

A district court on Tuesday summoned former president Pervez Musharraf either to appear on next hearing of Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case or ready for a legal action against him. Earlier, the court had approved Musharraf’s exemption for appearing on Today’s hearing and summoned him with his guarantors for the next hearing of the case.
The capital city’s additional session court judge Wajid Ali heard the case. Musharraf’s advocate Akhtar Shah submitted the appeal to exempt his client’s appearance today with a medical report of five doctors from a private hospital in Karachi, indicating that former president could not move. The court granted the exemption for today’s hearing however, summoned Musharraf and his guarantors for the next hearing which is dated on July 23. The judge added that legal action would be taken against him on failure to comply with court orders.
