Former MQM minister Dr. Sagheer Ahmed joins Mustafa Kamal


KARACHI: Former Mutahia Qaumi Movement (MQM) provincial health minister and member provincial assembly Dr Sagheer Ahmad joined Mustafa Kamal and Anees Qaimkhani. 


While talking to media, Dr Sagheer said, I have joined Mustafa Kamal for the sake of Pakistan especially Karachi.

“Those who question us, saying look at what Altaf Hussain and MQM have given you, we ask them, who made MQM and Altaf what they are today?”

Ahmed said that he had gave all his time to party ignored his family and relatives.

“Karachi has been exploited in front of everyone. I sacrificed everything for the tehreek (political party),” said Ahmed.

Seating along with Mustafa Kamal and Anees Qaimkhani, he said Muhajir  are patriots, they love Pakistan.

Answering to question, whether he will resgin from his MPA seat,  MQM leader said that he is announcing to resign from provincial assembly seat. He also apologized the voters of his constituency  that he has unable to do any services as an MPA.



Dr. Sagheer Ahmad Profile:

According to Sindh Assembly website, MQM has done MBBS, M.Phill in Biochemistry. In May 2013 general elections, he contested Ps-117, bagged 43924 to claim provincial assembly seat.
