Bengaluru Town Police Commissioner Kamal Pant on Saturday, August 1, assumed charge at the law enforcement commissioner office environment in the city. He will be the 36th Law enforcement Commissioner of the Bengaluru city.

Previous Commissioner of Law enforcement (Bengaluru) Bhaskar Rao, IPS was changed by senior IPS officer Kamal Pant as the new City Law enforcement Commissioner on Friday, July 31. The incumbent Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rao’s just one-yr-tenure as the prime cop would e done on August 2.

The Karnataka government’s notification mentioned that Kamal Pant, IPS, Further Director Normal of Law enforcement, Intelligence, Bengaluru is transferred with immediate impact and posted till further more orders as Added Director Common of Law enforcement and Commissioner of Law enforcement, Bengaluru City vice Sri Bhaskar Rao IPS transferred.
