Bahria Town, Hyatt Hotels sign deal for building Hyatt hotels in Pakistan


Bahria Town, Pakistan’s largest real estate developer has signed in deal with  Hyatt Hotels for building four Hayatt branded hotels in Pakistan. The step by Bahria Town is yet another initiative to promote tourism and hospitality sector in Pakistan.


With an investment of over $600 million,  four Hayatt branded hotels will be build in Pakistan.

The four hotels under Hayatt flagship will be as follows: Grand Hyatt Islamabad, Hyatt Regency Karachi, Hyatt Regency Lahore, and Hyatt Regency Rawalpindi.


Malik Riaz, Chairman Bahria Town while speaking at the deal signing ceremony said, “This is an extremely proud moment for Bahria Town. Our vision is to work with the best partners and play our positive role to usher in a new era of economic growth and development in Pakistan. This contract reiterates our and international partners confidence in Pakistan. We look forward to the opening of the hotels and together with Hyatt provides a new standard of service and hospitality to this region.”

“We look forward to collaborating with the Bahria Town team to open the first Grand Hyatt and Hyatt Regency hotels in Pakistan,” said Peter Norman, senior vice president, acquisitions and development – Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) and Southwest Asia for Hyatt while speaking at the occasion.
