▷ Electronic Arts has completed the acquisition of Playdemic for 1.4 billion

Electronic Arts and WarnerMedia have announced the completion of EA’s acquisition of Playdemic, Ltd. For Warner Bros. games. for $1.4 billion.

Playdemic is a leading mobile game company known for its award winning Golf Clash that allows players from all over the world to compete with each other in real time. With over 80 million downloads globally to date, Golf Clash is one of the leading mobile games in the US and UK. This acquisition is part of Electronic Arts’ mobile growth strategy, which is focused on bringing new interactive entertainment to its network of nearly half a billion players worldwide.
